At GRIPPE we are very much generalists in that we do a lot of different things and do them well (in our humble opinion). Our skill set is always growing. Because we are proponents of design thinking, we feel context is everything. And the more you have the skill set to understand from the perspective of the person making it, along with understanding the strategic thinking behind it, the better informed you are to visualize and align a brand across channels and tell its unique story.
We are also just as comfortable at getting as granular as needed and focus on any individual component of an initiative.
With this broad skill set we can quickly adapt, moving back and forth from a 50,000 ft view of an overall plan, to a detailed focus on a single initiative, and back again.
